The Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal is dedicated to presenting issues in Patent Law, Copyrights, Trademarks and related Intellectual Property areas. As a premier research institution, and the leading public law school in the Northeast, the State University of New York at Buffalo provides a rigorous forum for the multidisciplinary analysis of evolving legal issues affecting emerging technologies and the creative arts. The Journal publishes scholarly works from leading academics and practicing attorneys, as well as student notes. 
Tech Committee Leader (2010) - Student Bar Association Technology Committee
The Student Bar Association is essential the student government for the Law School at the University at Buffalo. As a committee member I am responsible for interfacing with the Law School's IT department and addressing the technological needs of the SBA. Currently I am responsible for the renovation and maintenance of the SBA website (http://www.ublawstudent.com) and am currently in the process of creating a new, content driven website due to release as soon as possible.
President (2007) - Buffalo Undergraduate Intellectual Property Law Association
This is a student created and run group at the University that has brought in multiple speakers regarding IP Law. The goal of this organization is to inform ourselves and others about the field of Intellectual Property Law.
Member (2003-2005) - University at Buffalo Mock Trial Team 
The University at Buffalo Mock Trial Team is a nationally certified competitive group that travels the country competing against top tier schools by arguing court cases. These cases are adjudicated by judges and winners are declared at the end of every trial. I have traveled to Yale, Rhode Island, Columbia and many other Universities to compete.

Eta Kappa Nu is the National Honor Society for Electrical and Computer Engineering. Membership is a nationally recognized and accepted honor. It affords the opportunity to learn and practice teamwork and leadership, leading and working on projects to enhance your school, your college, your community, and youngsters in your local community schools. I was inducted in April of 2005. Since then we have been involved with tutoring efforts for engineers.

I attended this lecture series and consortium as a student guest. These conferences will address such issues as the protection and commercialization of intellectual property, technology transfer practices, patent, copyright and trademark law, and licensing agreement.
